July 21, 2011: City streets on the south side of Old Highway 90 in Rose City may see some major construction before the end of the year. The City of Rose City received notification last week from the Texas General Land Office that some $3,193,160 in Hurricane Ike Recovery Grant funding has been awarded to the city.
