This seems to be on the minds of this group of prospective first graders enrolled in the countrywide Head Start Project in Vidor as the youngsters were at the Jefferson County Airport in Mid-Count Tuesday as guests of Delta Airlines. This 'tippy-toe' concentration was brough about as the students were watching a plane take off from the field.
