Rose City Seniors need muck-out help

Residents of the City of Rose City has been devastated by Hurricane Harvey’s flood of 2017. After more than fifteen feet of Neches River flood inundation forced the people out of their homes following the storms of Hurricane Harvey it took more than a week for flood waters to recede before residents could return to find their homes and possessions destroyed.

Since last week on Thursday, when Old Highway 90 West was finally open to the public, many of the two-hundred plus families and residents of the community have been starting the process of recovery.
