  • The Vidor Public Library held Itty Bitty Story Time on Tuesday, January 17, 2023. Library clerk Sarah Screws read “Pete the Cat’s Groovy Imagination.” Pete the Cat wants to go surfing, but he looks outside and it’s rainy, so he finds a big and Groovy box.
