A traffic accident in Louisiana had far reaching effects Wednesday as eastbound IH-10 traffic backed up as far as they can see. According to TsDOT and DPS, due to the crash on Interstate 10 near mile marker 5 in Louisiana, traffic was diverted from I-10 onto state Highway 12 to travel into Louisiana.
