The Vidor Lady Pirates battled a tough Hardin-Jefferson Lady Hawk team Tuesday night in Kountze in the first round of Bi-District play’. The Lady Pirates won their first set and then fought hard for the next three with several lead changes in the latter sets. Eventually, the Lady Hawks won the match 3-1 to advance to the next round of playoffs.
