Vidor City Council will hold a public hearing on the proposed property tax rate Thursday at 7 p.m. at Vidor City Hall during a regular scheduled meeting.
Council members are set to approve a lower property tax rate compared to 2021 but because of an increase in average property values, residents will likely receive a higher property tax bill.
