Workers with power hoists put a sign frame in place atop the front of the new Bill's Dollar Stores, Inc. The store located between Weiners and H&R Block opens for business in October in Crossroads Shopping Center. Operating the hoist from lower right is Ed Upright. David Kirby is on the high lift handling the sign. Both are with D&S Sign Company of Beaumont.
