This tree fell in the yard of a house on Park Street, landing on power lines and uprooting a fence. It was one of many such incidents caused by ice, which Entergy's contract workers repaired in the area of Bolivar, Park, Tannahill and Mill Streets on Wednesday, three days after power failed to the entire Vidor downtown area between Interstate 10 and the railroad tracks.
