Dear Rusty: I retired from working in January of this year and have since claimed Social Security. I didn't work at all in February or March, but I began a part time job in April. I'm very confused about how Social Security counts earnings for the first year.
Eight of the VHS cosmetology students went to Houston to take their state boards for hair stylist license. They all passed both the written exam and the practical hands-on test. Congratulations to these girls: Melisa Belvin, Rikki Davis, Tiffany Earl, Jessika Johnson, Suzanne Manley, Kimberly Mattox, Mallorie McFarland, and Shashalea Smith.
