Meet Tanner Lee, 15, Freshmen Quarterback

by Pearce Bland

On September 17th Vidor’s Ivan Croak Field hosted the VHS Freshman game against Evadale’s JV team. Though there were concerns about the outcome of the game initially, those who attended witnessed an entirely different result. In the 2nd Quarter with about 2 minutes left, the Pirates got ready to make a push from Evadale’s 40 yard line. Being 3rd down and 10 yards to go, #3, Quarterback Tanner Lee, got ready to snap the ball and what happened next was a spectacular display of athleticism.
