Sheila Murray- Warwick

Sheila Murray- Warwick, 61, of Vidor, TX died Wednesday, November 22nd, 2017 at her home. A native of Berkley, WV she was a longtime resident of Vidor who enjoyed going to flea markets, playing dominoes, and sitting on the porch with her husband, family and friends. Sheila was a loving wife, mother, daughter, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. Visitation will be Thursday, November 30, 2017 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Funeral services will be Friday, December 1, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Memorial Funeral Home with interment to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park. Sheila is survived by her loving husband; Ronnie Warwick of Vidor, 3 daughters; Veronica Rock of Vidor, Erika Blanchard and wife Katie of Conroe, TX, and Monica Blanchard of Vidor, 6 grandchildren; Cheyenne Roy, Shania Enderle, Tristan Wales, Hunter Wales, Trenton Sinclair and Jessica Roberts.

Hubert “Rufus” Sharp

Hubert “Rufus” Sharp, 65, of Vidor, died Sunday, November 19, 2017 at home. A native of Louisiana, he was a longtime resident of Vidor. He is survived by his son, Allen Sharp; grandson, Joseph Sharp, both of Vidor; step mother, Audrey Sharp of Kinder, LA; brothers, Chris Sharp of Beaumont, Sam Sharp and Mitch Sharp, both of Kinder, LA.

Leonard Chatagnier

Leonard Ray Chatagnier, 80, of Orange, died Wednesday, November 22, 2017, at his home. Born in Orange, he was a chemical engineer. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, November 29, 2017, at St. Maurice Catholic Church in Mauriceville. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Orange. He is survived by his daughters, Tina Chatagnier, Cheryl Chatagnier and Mindy Wix; six grandchildren; great 10 great-grandchildren; and brother, Timothy Chatagnier.

Billie Arline King

Billie A. King, 87 of Vidor died Thursday, November 16th, 2017 at Sugar Land Health Care Center in Sugar Land, TX. A native of Beaumont, TX, she was a longtime resident of Vidor. Billie was a member of Pine Forest Baptist Church and was a homemaker. She was the organist for 40 + years at Pine Forest Baptist Church. She enjoyed to sew, cook and play the piano at home, she was also an artist and loved to paint. Billie taught Sunday school and was a past WMU director. Visitation will begin at 10:00 am and funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Monday, November 20, 2017 at Pine Forest Baptist Church with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Billie was preceded in death by her parents Hector and Olive McLeod and her husband Leon King.

Frances Lopez Vogel

Frances L. Vogel, 93, of Vidor died Saturday, November 18, 2017 at Harbor Hospice House in Beaumont, TX. Frances was born in Hardin, Texas and graduated from Beaumont High School in 1942. She was married to Jerome P. Vogel for 67 years. A devout Southern Baptist, she was a member of First Baptist Church of Vidor and a charter member of Templo Baptiste, where she served as the financial secretary for many years. Everyone knew her as a Christian leader, teacher and counselor for all her life. She was the first lady of the Masonic Grand Lodge of Texas in 1992, as the wife of the Grand Master. She felt her greatest a c compl i shment s were teaching her 3 children, 3 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren that they should always love the Lord and always lean on Him for everything! She was preceded in death by her husband Jerome P. Vogel and beloved son Morris John Vogel. Also 2 brothers Ross and Michael Lopez, 3 sisters Lucy Granada, Elvira Krummel and Emma Orena.

Bennie “Mike” Michael Anding

Mike Anding, 66 of Vidor died Friday, November 17, 2017 in Buna, Texas. A native of Pitkin, LA, he was a longtime time resident of Vidor. Mike was a Police Officer for 40 years and worked in Bridge City Police Department, Silsbee Police Department, Orange County Sheriffs Department and he retired from the Vidor Police Department after 30 years of service. He was a member of Victory Bible Baptist Church, a lifetime member of the NRA and CLEAT law enforce m e n t association. Mike was an avid fisherman and hunter. Visitation will begin at 6:00 pm Monday, November 20, 2017 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at Memorial Funeral Home with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor.

Robert Allen Goodman, Jr., 60, of Beaumont, died Tuesday, November 14, 2017. A native of Vidor, he was a lifelong resident of the area. A memorial service was hedl 10:00 a.m., Saturday, November 18, at Broussard’s, Beaumont. A private family committal will be through Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont. He is survived by daughter, Louella; son, Timothy; seven grandchildren; three greatgrandchildren; and eight sisters

Katie S. Bott, 45 of Vidor died Thursday, November 16, 2017 in Liberty. A native of Beaumont, she was a longtime resident of Vidor and a homemaker. Graveside services were held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. She is survived by her daughter, Summer Nobile of Virginia Beach, VA; father, Richard Bott of Ragley, LA; brothers, Joe Bott of Vidor, and Ryan Bott of Port Neches; sister, Karen Gibson of Vidor; and one grandson.

Euriel Gloria Real

Euriel Gloria Real, 92, of Timpson, formerly of Vidor, died Friday, November 17, 2017, at her residence. A native of New Orleans, LA, she was a member the Timpson community for over 30 years. Funeral service were held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, November 20, 2017, at Watson & Sons Chapel, Center. Graveside service followed at 3:30 p.m. at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. She is survived by her daughters, Colleen Johnson and Eilleen Randall, both of Timpson; six grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren

Jimmy Wayne Boone

Jimmy W. Boone, 65 of Vidor died Sunday, November 12, 2017 of natural causes. Born in Florida, he moved to the Beaumont area in the early 1970’s. He and his wife Linda ran Vidor Community Heath Clinic. Memorial services will be announced at a later time. He is survived by two daughters, Amanda and Sarah; and three grandchildren. He also leaves behind his mother Francis Griffith; sister-in-laws Nancy and Carla; and mother-in-law Helen Jones.
