Lady Pirate Soccer now 16-2 as district gets underway

Vidor’s Lady Pirate soccer team is off to a great start in 2019, with a 15-2 pre-district record along with two tournament championships. In fact, Head Girls Soccer Coach Ralph Fields says the team is approaching a school record.

“We are on pace to break our school record for total wins. Our 2014 District Championship team finished 18-3-5.”

The Lady Pirates opened district play Tuesday night with a home game versus Cleveland and came away with a 6-0 win over the Lady Indians, upping their record to 16-2, 1-0 in district.
