Sarah Dupre, TXDOT spokesperson said that beginning on Wedneday, November 1st, TXDOT will begin the final round of debris pick up along state roadways in Jefferson, Orange, Hardin, Chambers, Liberty, Tyler, Jasper and Newton County.
