Entergy Texas Foundation contributes to local agencies

Despite the fact that Entergy Texas has moved its headquarters out of east Texas, the electric utility has not forgotten our local nonprofits and has, so far this year awarded some $72,000 in charitable grants in Texas. That includes the Boys and Girls Club of Hardin County.

According to Entergy Texas Senior Communications Specialist, Kacee Kirschvink, “Everyone needs a Power Hour, including students at the Boys and Girls Club of Hardin County, who will receive one-onone time with tutors to develop academic, behavioral and social skills through homework completion.
