ESD#1 conducting annual hydrant flushing and maintenance

    The Orange County Emergency Services District #1 is currently conducting its annual hydrant flushing and maintenance which could result in a temporary discoloration of tap water, “We do check the operation of hydrants annually,” said OCESD#1 Fire Chief Robert L. Smith.
