Kenneth Narl Broadway, 72, of Vidor, passed away on Monday, June 9th, 2025, at HCA Houston Healthcare in Kingwood, Texas.
A native of Leesville, Louisiana, Kenneth was a longtime resident of Vidor and a devoted member of Maplecrest Baptist Church. He retired as a diesel mechanic from Brock International in Beaumont after many years of dedicated service.
Kenneth loved the outdoors and enjoyed camping, traveling, hiking, and gardening. He was also a passionate Houston Astros fan and rarely missed a chance to cheer on his team. Above all, he cherished his time with family and was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Ruth Broadway of Vidor, TX; children, Rachel Levell and husband Eleigh of Vidor, TX, and Stuart Broadway and wife Amber of Sagamore, MA; and four grandchildren: Micah Broadway, Chase Broadway, Logan Broadway, and Grace Levell.
Kenneth is also survived by his siblings: Rebecca Reviea of Vidor, TX, Douglas Broadway of Vidor, TX, Nancy Alexander of Nederland, TX, and Janet Christian of Elgin, TX.
He was preceded in death by his parents Fern and Audrey Broadway and his brother, Jeff Broadway.
