Former City of Vidor HR Director Jennifer Philipps, 46, was arrested following her grand jury indictment for Theft by a Public Servant, $2,500 to $30,000. Philipps was arrested Friday on the state jail felony charge. A judge set bond at $25,000 and she has since bonded out of jail.
Phillips resigned as the City of Vidor’s human resources manager in May 2024.
