Carrol Gean Frazier, 81, passed away at her residence on Wednesday, December 4th, 2024. A native of Orange, Texas, Carrol was a devoted homemaker and a beloved member of the Southeast Texas Association of the Deaf. She was a longtime resident of Vidor, where her vibrant personality and caring heart left a lasting impression on all who knew her. She is survived by her loving children: Carlton Richburg of Jasper, TX; Bobby Frazier of Vidor, TX; Brenda Boyd of Sour Lake, TX; and Cathy Conner of Warren, TX. She is also survived by her brother, Dale Williams of Lakeview, TX, brothersin- law, Dryden Smith and Kenneth Hutson, siters-in-law Gladys King of PA, Rebecca Gibson, 12 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren, all of whom were the light of her life.
