TYLER, Texas – An Orange, Texas man has pleaded guilty to theft from the Trinidad Independent School District, announced Eastern District of Texas U.S. Attorney Damien M. Diggs.
Brandon Delane Looney, 38, pleaded guilty on May 15, 2024, to theft from a program receiving federal funds while serving as business manager for Trinidad ISD.
