Aaron Daniel “Danny” Lisenby, 71, died on Thursday January 18th 2024 at his residence in Arkansas. He was born September 15, 1952. He was the son of Vic and Joyce Lisenby. Danny graduated from Vidor High School. Following graduation, he worked as a 1st class machinist until his retirement. Danny enjoyed singing, working on cars and listening to hia music way too loud. In addition to his parents, he was proceeded in death by his daughter Angelique Lisenby. Surviving in addition to his wife Shirley Lisenby are his sons, Jason Lisenby and his wife Roxanne, John Elliott and his wife Vickie; his daughters Jamie Beckman, Jessica Hodge, Charitta Harley and her husband Sean, Melissa Lisenby, Jennifer Elliott, and Lori Kay Simmons; Sisters Abbey Wallace and husband Malcom, Marie Carouthers and husband Calvin, Vickie Flanigan and husband Joey; Brother Richard Lisenby and his grandchildren Kaidin and Adriana Beckman, Novaleigh, Brantley, Braylon, Jasmine, Alicia, and Khloe Lisenby, Haley Burns and husband Donathan, Colton and Josiah Harley, and Jeremiah Dunbar as well as many nieces and nephews. A service of remembrance and celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
