Linda Gail Hayes, 70, of Vidor, Texas died Friday, September 23rd, 2022 at Harbor Hospice House in Beaumont, Texas. She was a longtime resident of Vidor and a member of Pinehurst United Pentecostal Church. She was a home maker and liked pier fishing. She also liked photography and was great at getting people in the right poses and arranging an album for them, she especially loved doing baby pictures. Her hobby let her be involved in a lot of peoples lives which she loved. She baked and decorated birthday cakes and really loved cooking in general. Music was something she enjoyed as well, she played the clarinet in the Vidor High School Band and sung in the quartet at church. She loved spending time with family. There will be a visitation Tuesday, September 27th, 2022 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. The funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday, September 28th, 2022 at Pinehurst United Pentecostal Church. Interment will follow at Williamson Cemetery in Vidor, Texas. Linda is survived by her husband of 50 years Joel Hayes of Vidor, TX, her son Gregory Hayes of Vidor, TX, her siblings, Sandra Hinote of Cypress, TX, Deborah Cropper of Vidor, TX, and Larry Crile of Vidor, TX, as well as two grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
