A City of Vidor Street Department crew was shocked and disgusted Tuesday morning when they discovered Pirate Pride Park had been vandalized overnight. the park on East Bolivar beside the Vidor Public Library is in the midst of renovations, most recently the addition of two Pirate ships built by volunteers in the midst of 100-degree heat in early June.
