Lady Pirate Volleyball now 2-2

The Vidor Lady Pirate volleyball teams travelled to Bridge City Tuesday for a district matchup with the Lady Cardinals. The Freshman team lost in two sets while the junior varsity won in three sets. Varsity lost in four tough sets said Coach Brooklyn Sampere.

Lady Pirates 2-0 in district play

After defeating WOS in their district opener September 6 in Vidor, the Lady Pirates traveled to Silsbee Tuesday and had a program sweep. Head Volleyball Coach Brooklyn Sampere reported. Sampere said the Freshmen team won in three sets. Whole the junior varsity won in two: 25-12, 25-14.

Lady Pirates now 2-1 in district after loss to LCM

Randall Luker The Vidorian LCM shutout Vidor 26-24, 25-14, 25-16 Friday in Pirate Gym to hand the Lady Pirates their first district loss after wins over Silsbee and WOS. The Lady Pirates travel to Bridge City Tuesday to take on the Lady Cardinals in a district match.

Lady Pirates volleyball sweeps WOS in district opener

The varsity Lady Pirate volleyball team opened district play September 6 at Pirate gym playing host to the West Orange Stark Lady Mustangs and won in three sets, each by a score of 25-9.
