The Vidor Pirates and Silsbee Tigers battled for nine innings Friday in a game that would help determine Vidor’s playoff chances.
Vidor jumped out to a six run lead after four innings and led the Tigers 6-0 after five and a half innings of play, but the Tigers, in their final home game of the regular season, fought back and evened the score 6-6 after seven innings.
