Morris McLane, 84 of Sour Lake died Friday, January 7th, 2022 at his residence. A native of Frankston, Texas, he was a longtime resident of Vidor before moving to Sour Lake after Hurricane Harvey. He was a member of Vidor Church of Christ and retired from Temple Inland after 30+ years.

Julia (Julie) Ellen Jones, age 87 of Vidor, Texas peacefully entered into eternal rest on Friday, January 7, 2022. She was born on November 25, 1934 in Cement, OK. She is preceded in death by her husband, John R. Jones Jr.; son, Kenneth L. Jones; parents, James and Minnie Clift.

Betty Jo Pittman, 81, of Vidor, died Sunday, January 9th, 2022 at Vidor Health and Rehab. She was a longtime resident of Vidor and member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Vidor.

GRADY PAUL BRADLEY

Grady Paul Bradley, 76, of Vidor died Monday, January 10th, 2022 at Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas in Beaumont. He was a longtime resident of Vidor and served in the U.S. Army from 1966 to 1969. He retired as a Civil Structural Engineer.

JEANNIE ANN BARTHELL

Jeannie Ann Barthell, 71, of Port Neches, died Sunday, January 9th, 2022 at her home. She was a longtime resident of Port Neches and member of Rock Church in Port Arthur. She loved music, animals, being in nature and anything outdoors, helping people, and spending time with family.

Donald Francis Porter

Donald Francis Porter, 93, died Sunday, December 26th, 2021 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont. He was a longtime resident of Vidor, before moving to Beaumont 20 years ago. Donald was a longtime member of Lakeview Baptist Church and attended North End Baptist Church in Beaumont as well.

JOHN "MEMPHIS" AUSTIN LEE

John "MEMPHIS" Austin Lee, 77 of Vidor died January 2nd, 2022 at Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas in Beaumont. He was a longtime resident of Vidor and a member of the Biker's Church in Vidor. During his life he was an Owner-Operator of semitrucks and was an avid fan of racing and fast cars.

Jerry Lynn Magehee, 65, of Vidor, died Thursday, December 30th, 2021 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont. He was a longtime resident of Austin but has resided in Pine Forrest for the past 6 months.

Linda Sue Durmon was born on November 30, 1946 in Beaumont, Texas. She attended French High School, and she went to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, December 30, 2021 at St. Elizabeth Hospital. She and her husband of 56 years, Jerry, resided in Beaumont.
