Roger L. Welch, 95, of Vidor died Sunday, September 3rd, 2023 at Oakwood Manor Nursing Home. He was a longtime resident of Vidor and had retired from work as a crane operator for Mobil Oil Refinery after 36 years. He enjoyed hunting, usually squirrels and deer.

She went to school in her 30s, earning her R.N. degree from Lamar University in 1989. Lois adored Christmas and everything to do with Christmas. She had a ser- vant's heart.
