Wayne Crawford, 78, of Vidor, TX, went home to be with the Lord on July 31st, 2024. Wayne was a loving husband and father, a minister, pipefitter, police officer, and a true patriarch to “his village”. Known for his kindness and compassion, Wayne was a guiding hand for anyone struggling to find their way.
His legacy is carried on by; his beloved wife of 47 years, Pat Crawford; his sons Kent Crawford, Cody Crawford and Jason Crawford and daughters Mattison, Skyler, Isabel and Coralie, his niece Stacy Peace (who was more like a daughter) and husband Neal and her daughter Ashlyn; and a host of cousins, nieces, family, and friends he considered family.
