Russell G. Reich Sr., 80, of Vidor died Saturday, January 13th, 2024 at HCA Hospital in Cypress, TX. He was a long-time resident of Vidor and a veteran of the United States Air Force, from which he retired as Master Sergeant after 20 years of service. He also worked as a Crane Operator for over 30 years. He enjoyed reading, traveling, and working on cars, but above all he loved spending time with his family. Russell is survived by his wife of 63 years, Pamela Reich, his 2 sons Russell and Randall Reich, his sisters Lou Ann Bayne and Robin Somogyi, his brothers Rocky and Ronnie Reich, as well as 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. There will be a visitation Thursday, January 18th from 6PM to 8PM and the funeral service will be held Friday, January 19th at 10AM. Interment will follow at Restlawn Memorial Park.
