Norma Lee Holbrook Blankenship 72, of Vidor died Thursday August 3, 2023 at Harbor Hospice House in Beaumont. Her hometown was in Nederland, Texas, but made her home in Vidor, Texas in 1979. Norma was a retired secretary from the Texas Department of Human Services after 30 and one half years of service. She loved reading her Bible and devotionals daily, knowing Jesus Christ her Savior and learning more about Him everyday. She was a member of Pine Forest Baptist Church in Vidor, Texas and also attended Pecan Acres Baptist Church, also in Vidor, Texas. Those left to share her memory are her son, James C.
