Carl L. May, 63 of Waller, TX died Monday, December 21st, 2020 at his residence. A native of Liberty, SC, he was a longtime resident of Vidor before moving to Waller 9 years ago. Carl was a member of Turning Point Church in Vidor. He was retired from Mustang Caterpillar Houston after 25 years. Carl was currently working for Gulfcoast Materials for the past 3 years in Beaumont. He was an avid fisherman and hunter. Carl also enjoyed building hot rods. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Monday, December 28, 2020 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor with cremation to follow. Carl is survived by his wife of 38 years Carolyn May of Waller, TX, daughters Cristan Steimel and husband Zack, Cassandra May-Corona and husband Enrique all of Hockley, TX, mother Jeroline May of Vidor, TX, sisters Debra Scott and husband Charles of Cheek, TX, Tammy McFarland and husband Phillip of Vidor, TX, 4 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his brother John “Skeeter” W. May, and father Carl Lee May Sr..
