Barbara Ann Headley, 89, of Vidor, passed away peacefully at her residence on Tuesday, November 19, 2024.
A native of Beaumont, Barbara was a longtime resident of Vidor. Barbara was a devoted homemaker who found joy in sewing, reading, cooking, and creating beauty through her ceramics. Whether she was painting a cherished piece or preparing a comforting meal, her creativity and love shone through. Above all, Barbara cherished time spent with her family and embraced her role as “Mom” to all who knew her, offering warmth, wisdom, and unconditional love. She was an avid fan of the Pittsburgh settlers. Barbara is survived by her loving children: Joe Headley of Iowa, Louisiana; Jennifer Merrell of Vidor, Texas; James Headley of Center, Texas; and Jessica Jones of Vidor, Texas. She also leaves behind her brother, Clinton Stephenson of Round Rock, Texas; 7 grandchildren; as well as 5 great-grandchildren.
