Esther LaDell Harris, beloved by all who knew her, peacefully departed from this world on Tuesday, February 20th, 2024, at Harbor Hospice House in Beaumont, surrounded by loved ones. LaDell, 86, originally from Richards, Texas, made Vidor her cherished home for many years. Her green thumb was evident in her flourishing garden, where she cultivated beauty and found solace in nature’s embrace. Family was paramount to LaDell. She is survived by her devoted son, Paul Gregory, and her cherished adopted daughter, Tammy Blanchard siblings Boone Hoke, Elsie Pool, Sharon Welch. Her heart overflowed with love for her 8 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren, who brought immense joy to her life. In addition to her family, LaDell leaves behind a legacy of kindness, faith, and generosity that will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to know her.
