Early voting in Vidor’s Ward 3 runoff election Tuesday was slow but steady at the community center at Gould Park on Claiborne St. A total of 50 ballots were counted Monday, the first day of early voting which will continue from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. through Friday and pick up next Monday and Tuesday from 7 a.m.-7 p.m.. Early voting in the Vidor City Council Ward 3 runoff election began Monday and will continue until June 14. Election Day is Saturday, June 18.
Any registered Vidor voter, regardless of their Ward of residence, may cast a ballot in the race.
