December 2, 2010: A fourteen-day temporary restraining order was issued protecting potential evidence in an investigation that is continuing into a double fatality traffic accident that happened on North FM 105 on November 6th in which two young girls, Cristin Grubbs, 12, and Katie Grubbs, 11, from Nederland were killed.
