Paul James Hugg, 52, of Vidor, died Thursday, October 22nd, 2020 at his home. He was a longtime resident of Lufkin but lived in Vidor for a few months before his passing. He was a construction worker and loved fishing, salvaging old equipment, tinkering with his projects, and spending time with his family. He couldn't meet a stranger and loved giving out hugs. Cremations arrangements are entrusted with Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Paul is survived by he fiance Rebecca Sergeant of Vidor, TX, 2 children Dylan Hugg of TX and Justina Hugg of Lufkin, TX, sisters Janet Warner of PA, April Leggore of PA, Connie Oliver of Lufkin, TX, Mellissa Bearden of Orange, TX, brothers Steve Audilet of Orange, TX, and Pat Hugg of Lufkin, TX. He was preceded in death by his father Calvin Hugg and mother Elizabeth Miranda.
