On the morning of July 12, 2024, at approximately 11:05AM am, OCESD#1 firefighters were called out to a residential structure fire in the 1500 Block of South Timberlane. Crews arrived approximately 2 minutes after being dispatched to find a single-story home with heavy smoke and fire showing.
