Following the passage of the Vidor ISD $98.4 million bond proposal, Vidor ISD Superintendent Dr. Jay Killgo expressed his thanks to VISD patrons.“Voters in Vidor ISD made their voices heard approving a $98.4 million bond measure that will enable significant improvements across the district.
