The cities of Vidor and Rose City have entered into an interlock agreement to repair the approaches to bridges on Hwy 90. Vidor City Manager Robbie Hood said Rose City would purchase the asphalt material needed while Vidor would furnish equipment and manpower.

Covid, storms keeping some criminals out of jail

For some criminals, COVID and Hurricane Laura kept them out of jail for the holidays.
For some months, many criminals in Orange County, including Vidor, that have committed crimes that normally call for incarceration, are being turned loose.
