It was a horse, of course

Donna Bevan made a double take when she pulled up into a drivethru lane of a Mac-Donald’s in New South Wales, Australia recently. There sitting in the back seat of a car in the next lane was a horse, says the Association of Mature American Citizens [AMAC].

Mathews to step down as coach, athletic director

For more than three decades, Jeff Mathews has helmed the Vidor Pirates, pacing the sidelines and shouting encouragement, but that era is ending. Mathews announced his last day of employment with the Vidor ISD in June 1.
