Sales tax allocations improve across Orange County

Texas Comptroller Glenn Hegar announced he sent cities, counties, transit systems and special purpose districts $1.1 billion in local sales tax allocations for July, 7.5 percent more than in July 2022.
These allocations are based on sales made in May by businesses that report tax monthly.

Orange resident killed in one-vehicle accident
